Mr. Greenberg is currently a member of the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Planned Giving Committee of the William Way Community Center; Mr. Greenberg previously served as a Co-Chairman for its Board of Directors for 2 terms. Mr. Greenberg is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund and is a Co-Chairman of its Planned Giving Committee. Mr. Greenberg is a former member of the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth Ahavah.

Mr. Greenberg is editor and revision author of Volume 10--Wills, of Rabkin & Johnson Current Legal Forms with Tax Analysis (Matthew Bender/Lexis Nexis). He is a frequent instructor at continuing legal education courses and community programming on advanced estate planning, wealth preservation strategies, and elder law topics. Mr. Greenberg spoke on the topic "Are Your Clients Protected? What Every CPA Needs to Know About Asset Protection" at the 2009 AICPA Briefing on Sophisticated Tax Planning in New York, NY.
