Mr. Hayes is a tax attorney representing businesses, business owners, and individuals, both US and foreign, in connection with business and commercial transactions, business formation and planning, compensation planning, asset protection and estate planning. His service include sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies for US and foreign individuals, advising US and foreign entities on business planning and structures to mitigate tax exposure, advising entrepreneurs on new business ventures, business succession, and the formation and counseling of non-profit entities.
Mr. Hayes also has extensive experience in assisting clients with federal, state, and local tax controversies and litigation and with offshore voluntary disclosures.
