Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Alyssa was a law clerk to President Judge Vaughn on the Superior Court of Delaware.
In addition, during her years at Widener University School of Law, she served as a Wolcott Fellow to Justice Randy Holland on the Delaware Supreme Court, served as a judicial clerk intern for Justice Henry Ridgely on the Delaware Supreme Court, was admitted as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and served as the Articles Editor on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
