With nearly 20 years of experience in practicing law, David has built a diverse practice encompassing business law, business litigation, and family law. He is an accomplished litigator who has tried a wide variety of cases over the years. While David enjoys mastering the skills of trial advocacy, he also strives to help his clients find out-of-court solutions to their disputes and legal issues whenever appropriate.
David’s full service family law practice covers the full gamut of family law matters: divorce, equitable distribution and asset division, child custody and visitation, spousal support, child support, and premarital agreements. David takes pride in guiding his clients through the challenging and often highly complex family law issues they confront.
David also handles a wide variety of business law matters. He represents individuals and companies in contract disputes, commercial litigation, business collections, corporate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, as well as employment law. Drawing on both his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, David has handled diverse business cases over the years and enjoys helping clients solve their unique challenges and legal issues. David also handles business transactions in various practice areas, including the buying and selling of businesses, real estate contracts, corporate formation, partnership agreements, operating agreements, consulting agreements, and employment agreements.
David is a cum laude graduate of Bucknell University where he majored in Philosophy and was inducted to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. In addition to his academic accomplishments, he was a member of Bucknell’s varsity wrestling squad. David then attended The American University, Washington College of Law.
