Practice Focus

Jessica Rebarber is a member of Offit Kurman’s Financial Institutions Compliance Practice Group. Her practice focuses on laws and regulations governing mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, financial institutions and consumer finance companies.
She also works closely with the firm’s affiliate company, C3 Compliance Solutions, Inc.  She advises clients on state and federal compliance laws and regulations including TILA, RESPA, FHA, SAFE Act, FCRA, GLBA, Privacy Act, and BSA requirements.

Ms. Rebarber is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Previous Work

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Ms. Rebarber was a staff attorney at an international law firm and clerked for two judges on the Maryland Courts of Appeals and Special Appeals. She also worked at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Executive Office of the President – Office of Science and Technology, and a firm in Paris while in law school.
