Practice Focus
Family law attorney Christopher Wachter’s practice is focused on offering assistance to clients in matters involving divorce, separation, alimony, child support, custody and visitation, property division and distribution, and separation agreements. Previous Work
While attending law school, Mr. Wachter served as a law clerk to the administrative judges on the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel at the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and also clerked at a prominent Baltimore, Maryland firm. Prior to joining Offit Kurman as a family law attorney, Mr. Wachter was an associate at a respected firm in Montgomery County, Maryland and owned a law firm where he represented clients in civil litigation matters of all types, including family law matters, labor and employment claims and complex business litigation.
