Mr. Armstrong concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and regularly represents clients in contractual disputes, employment disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, post merger and acquisition disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and adversary claims in bankruptcy and environmental matters. Mr. Armstrong is often called upon to use his business litigation experience to handle many family law matters, including complex high asset divorce cases involving business valuations and the support obligations of high income generating clients requiring counsel with a complete understanding of how businesses work. In connection with his family law practice, Mr. Armstrong also works closely with the firm's estate planning and wealth preservation attorneys to craft pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements that preserve the intent of multi-generational estate and business succession plans.
