Practice Focus
Mr. Todman’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation matters as well labor and employment litigation. Mr. Todman handles a number of commercial litigation matters which stem from commercial transactions, contractual disputes, securities, real property, banking and finance, bankruptcy, and construction litigation.
In addition, Mr. Todman handles many labor and employment matters including minimum wage and overtime class action litigation (under the Fair Labor Standards Act), wrongful termination claims, non-compete agreements, employment agreements and severance agreements, and claims of harassment and discrimination filed pursuant to federal and state law. Mr. Todman has successfully represented his clients at both the trial and appellate level.
