Practice Focus

Bankruptcy attorney Douglas H. Seitz centers his practice on bankruptcy law, commercial law, construction law, and commercial litigation. More specifically, he represents creditors (including banks, credit unions and other financial institutions) in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings such as cash collateral and other first day orders, preference actions, lift stays, motions to value, objections and actions to determine the dischargeability of debts owed to his clients.  Mr. Seitz also handles contractual and compliance issues for financial institutions. In addition, he represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and related professional service providers in handling all aspects of construction litigation and law.
