Mr. Berger concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business law and transactions and entertainment law.

In his litigation practice, Mr. Berger is frequently retained by individuals and businesses as litigation counsel throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey concerning a wide variety of significant business and real estate related matters, including breach of contract matters general business torts (e.g. breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, etc.), antitrust, competition law and intellectual property disputes.

In the business/corporate arena, Mr. Berger has substantial experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions and drafting a wide variety of business related contracts. Mr. Berger’s corporate transactional practice includes general representation of medium size, well-established companies, as well as start-ups and family owned businesses.

In Mr. Berger’s steadily growing entertainment practice, he regularly represents bands, artists, songwriters, producers, publishers, managers, comedians, independent and major record labels and record companies, songwriter organizations, internet and new media companies, magazines, and video companies.  He has negotiated and drafted recording, production, publishing, songwriter, management, producer, soundtrack, video, partnership, agency, investor, endorsement, licensing, merchandising, performance, touring, internet, new media, film, motion picture, television contracts, agreements and deals. A significant portion of Mr. Berger’s entertainment practice focuses on assisting his clients extend and expand their careers through corporate sponsorships, cross-platform projects, demographic outreach, and business and investment planning.
