Practice Focus

Mrs. Delawter’s practice is heavily concentrated in Family Law and litigation, including divorce, custody and child support matters; Business litigation; General Litigation, including breach of contract, settlement disputes, and collections.  Mrs. Delawter also handles estate planning for her clients including drafting Wills, Power of Attorney and Healthcare Advance Directives.

Mrs. Delawter is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the Frederick County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Hospice of Frederick County Corporate Gifts Committee and a member of the Frederick Memorial Hospital Corporate Gifts Committee.
