Activities

Mr. Donnelly has served as chairman of the Estates Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, chair of the Baltimore Estate and Gift Tax Study Group and a director of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. He also served as president of the Baltimore Association of Tax Counsel. In addition, Mr. Donnelly was a member of the Class of 1999 of Baltimore County Leadership.

Publications/Speeches

Mr. Donnelly puts his experience as an estate attorney to use in the classroom as an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore. He frequently lectures on topics such as estate planning and estate administration to professional and non-professional groups alike.
