Alyssa Rothman to Present on Structuring the Chapter 13 Repayment Plan at NBI Seminar

Offit Kurman attorney Alyssa Rothman is a featured speaker at National Business Institute’s (NBI) all day workshop, “Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy: Line-by-Line Workshop,” to be held at the Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore on August 2, 2013.  Ms. Rothman will be speaking on “Structuring the Chapter 13 Repayment Plan.”  NBI offers continuing legal education for professionals.

ALYSSA ROTHMAN is an attorney with Offit | Kurman, Attorneys at Law in the firm’s Wilmington office practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring. Prior to joining Offit | Kurman, Ms. Rothman was a law clerk to President Judge Vaughn on the Superior Court of Delaware.  She is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Ms. Rothman received her B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University.
