Mr. Paul Baskowsky, well known Philadelphia business attorney, is the newest Principal in Offit Kurman’s Business and Real Estate Practice Group in Philadelphia. Baskowsky adds equity infusion and equity financing as an area of specialization served by Offit Kurman’s Business Practice Group.
