An experienced and efficient litigator in both state and federal courts, Mr. Berger concentrates his practice on labor and employment disputes including minimum wage and overtime litigation arising out of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as well as state law; claims of discrimination and harassment arising under Title VII and state anti-discrimination laws; claims arising under federal statues such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and American with Disabilities Act (ADA); wrongful termination; employment contract and general contract claims; employment- related claims; and other business and professional tort claims. Mr. Berger frequently represents employers, business and professional clients in litigation throughout the United States.
