OFFIT|KURMAN WELCOMES MATTHEW T. CARTER TO ITS BUSINESS AND REAL ESTATE PRACTICE GROUP

Maple Lawn | July 16, 2012 – Offit|Kurman is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew T. Carter to the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Carter comes aboard as an associate whose practice is focused on real estate and business transactions.

Mr. Carter has represented commercial and residential real estate developers and landlords in all aspects of land acquisition, sale, negotiation of contracts and leases, corporate matters, financing and development, including shopping center, mixed use and condominium developments. Mr. Carter has also represented numerous lending institutions in connection with real estate based loan transactions.
