Offit Kurman Welcomes douglas kay to its business litigation practice group

Tysons Corner, VA | February 1, 2013 – Offit Kurman welcomes new principal Douglas Kay to its Business Litigation Practice Group.  Mr. Kay has extensive experience in complex civil and criminal litigation.  His cases run the gamut of complexity from relatively simple breach of contract and employment litigation matters to the most complex commercial litigation cases involving allegations of business conspiracy, RICO, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage and misappropriation of trade secrets.  Mr. Kay is also an accomplished criminal defense attorney.  In addition, Mr. Kay represents the interests of seriously injured people.

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Kay was a name partner in a northern Virginia law firm.
