Offit Kurman Proves Multi-Million Dollar Fraud on Financial Institution
Bethesda, MD | August 14, 2013 –Offit Kurman Principal attorneys, James Hoffman and Bryn Sherman, proved a multi-million dollar fraud on a local financial institution.
The Federal District Court affirmed the decision of the Bankruptcy Court denying the dischargeability of Jonathan Korman’s $2,925,941.39 obligation to EagleBank as well as denied a discharge of his debts to all other creditors for wrongdoing under the Bankruptcy Code.
