On September 17 and 19 in Columbia, Maryland and Vienna, Virginia respectively, the firms offered “Dissecting the Deal” panels, focused on the acquisition of small government contractor Alapko, Inc. to Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs). The expert panel consisted of Richard Bodson and Shane Shailkill (President and CFO of SUBSYSTEMS), Matt Zerphy and John Kovach (CEO and President of Alapko, Inc.), Michael C.
