Expanding the firm’s estate planning capabilities and reach, Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the creation of their Philadelphia office. With a focus on tax planning, tax controversies, and corporate issues, Offit’s new office not only expands their geographic reach, but also adds to the firm’s business and individual tax expertise.

Theodore Marasciulo will head the new Philadelphia office. A magna cum laude graduate of Temple University, Mr. Marasciulo’s areas of emphasis include business and real estate law. “I am honored to be part of Offit Kurman’s continued acceleration”, said Marasciulo.
