Building on an already strong team, Offit Kurman has expanded its General Practice by bringing Scaldara & Potler into the fold.
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the growth of the law firm’s Baltimore County office with the addition of four new attorneys:
B. Marvin Potler, John Scaldara, Douglas Seitz, and Donald J. Walsh.
B. Marvin (Buddy) Potler joins the litigation group with a focus on mediation, insurance defense, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy
and insolvency law, and commercial litigation.
John Scaldara is a member of both the Litigation Group and the Business & Real Estate Group. Mr. Scaldara’s areas of expertise include insurance defense, complex civil litigation, corporate litigation, commercial transactions, and corporate planning.
Douglas Seitz centers his practice on bankruptcy, commercial, and construction law, as well as litigation.
Donald J. Walsh, a cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore, focuses his practice areas on commercial litigation,
government contract disputes, employment law, corporate litigation, and insurance defense.
