WELL KNOWN COMMERICAL LITIGATIOR, DON FOSTER, JOINS OFFIT KURMAN’S GROWING OFFICE IN PHILADELPHIA

Philadelphia, PA | January 11, 2012 – Don P. Foster has joined the growing law firm of Offit Kurman.

Foster, a prominent Philadelphia commercial litigation attorney, brings over 25 years of experience to Offit Kurman’s expanding commercial litigation practice.  Foster was most recently a partner at the Philadelphia-based firm of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg.

“Don’s experience significantly enhances our commercial litigation practice, both in the Philadelphia market and across the firm,” said Ted Offit, managing partner of Offit Kurman.  “There is no doubt his addition to our Litigation team will only strengthen and fortify one of our most successful practices.  We are very excited to have Don on the Offit Kurman team.” 

During his legal career, Foster has represented companies of all sizes throughout the country in intellectual property, health care, title insurance and franchise litigation as well as in disputes over corporate governance, law firm dissolutions and partner migration.  In addition to his litigation practice, he serves on the Board of Directors of Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, one of the country’s largest health insurers.
